About TramitlyTramitly exists for one reason: Spanish administrative paperwork shouldn't require you to speak Spanish, take a day off work, or guess what a letter from Hacienda means.
Every country's bureaucracy has its own logic - its own forms, its own deadlines, its own unspoken rules about what happens if you miss one. Spain's is no exception, and navigating it in a second or third language, from a different legal tradition, is a different task than navigating it as a local.
Tramitly was built around that gap. We work exclusively with expats, remote workers and property owners who live their lives in English, Polish or Russian, and we run the entire relationship in that language - from the first message to the final document.
There's no office to visit and no requirement to be available during Spanish business hours. Every engagement starts the same way: you explain your situation, we send a written quote, and nothing proceeds until you've agreed to it in writing. What you're paying for is decided before you pay it.
Not a pandemic-era workaround - the whole model is built to work without an office visit, for clients who are often not even in Spain yet.
English, Polish and Russian are working languages here, not an add-on service handled by a translator.
Scope and price are confirmed in writing before work starts. If something changes, you hear about it before it shows up on an invoice.
You deal with the person handling your case, not a rotating queue of tickets.
Registered as a collaborator with the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT), enabling direct, official electronic filing of your returns.
Member of Asesor Excelente, a professional association of accountants - a standard of ongoing training and accountability.
We work on Cegid and ContaSimple, giving you visibility into your own accounts as they're updated - not just at quarter-end.
Tramitly is a team of accountants and lawyers specialised in the situations foreigners actually run into in Spain - company and tax registrations, non-resident obligations, and property law from purchase through to inheritance.
